The well-known sculptor Dylber Neziri was born on February 2, 1963. From an early age, he was distinguished for his skill and ingenuity and in particular for his outstanding talent in the field of painting. It was the talent that prompted him to start his studies at the Artistic High School “Jordan Misja”, in Tirana, then Bachelor in the study program “Sculpture”, to conclude with a Master in the study program “Ceramic Sculpture” at the University of Arts, Tirana . .
Dylber will start his career initially as a teacher in Topoja, Kllobcisht, Kërcisht; These villages belong to the province of Maqellara in the district of Dibër, where the origin of his tribe comes from, and then Metodist in the “House of Culture in Maqellara.
After the change of the political system, Dylber would be the first to establish the “Albanian Art Foundry”, the only art foundry that deals with me and the casting of bronze sculptures.
After Dylber Neziri has founded and runs another private business, “Upholstery products with upholstery”.
