Prof. Dr. Elmaz Sherifi was born on 28. 12. 1951.

His intellectual education has passed all stages of education, from graduation at the University of Tirana, at the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, postgraduate study in Economics to Doctorate in Science, with the thesis “Albanian political institutions from 1912 in 1920 ”.

In addition to the rare values ​​as an intellectual complemented in the service of the Albanian Nation, Prof. Dr. Elmaz Sherifi has been a political representative to the highest instances of the Albanian state, as a member of Parliament of the Republic of Albania and Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.

He has been distinguished for his great commitment and valuable contribution in the field of Politics, Jurisprudence, Education, Parliamentarism, Public Administration and Humanity.

Prof. Dr. Elmaz Sherifi is known for inspiring social coexistence and community and inter-communal peace, as a model lecturer, as a Doctor of Political Science, as a Researcher, as a Professor, as a Director in various educational institutions of Albania, as a former Albanian minister and MP, as a philanthropist , as a missionary of global peace, as a renowned human rights activist, as a promoter of future missions that bring peace and prosperity to all humanity,

For all these values ​​in the service of Albanian and world civil society, the international organization Diplomatic Mission peace and Prosperity (DMPP) and its American partners, have honored him with the titles of Missionary of Global Peace and Honorary Ambassador of DMPP.
