She called early in the morning and, to be honest, I opened the phone right away, worried that maybe something bad had happened.

– You gave me wings; I have never felt so good as today…

-As we talked together I immediately went to the market and prepared some packages for families in need… there are not many, but, as a Missionary of Peace, I did as much as I could…, – said Lindita…

Silence fell…

I continued to feel the sound of her voice…

I gasped and in a blink of an eye I returned it somewhat with a laugh:

– Do you think we select you as the best of the ladies in Lushnja in vain?! … You know how the saint Mother Teresa said: “I do small things, but with great love”…

But who is the deputy Lindita Buxheli?

She has completed higher studies in economics-finance at the University of Tirana.

She has also completed a postgraduate qualification as an expert in real estate appraisal, internal audit in the public sector.

She has a long professional career as a finance economist, director of the Treasury (Budget) Lushnje (1999-2006), deputy mayor of Fier region, deputy prefects of Lushnje.

On September 20, 2021 he was honored with the title “Global Peace Missionary” by the Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity (DMPP).

She has been for four years in a row the President of the Socialist Party, Lushnja branch and also a member of the Lushnja Municipal Council, for five consecutive terms.

Currently Lindita Buxheli is a member of the Albanian Parliament in the X Legislature for the region of Fier…

I know she will get bored with me making the conversation with her public, but, to tell the truth, we promote human models with rare values.

Lindita, this year-end, shared her food with her fellow citizens and this noble gesture motivates us to love each other more, to be there and to support people in need because only in this way the world will definitely be better.
